Emirates is set to introduce its refurbished Boeing 777s on six U.S. routes, offering passengers an enhanced experience across all cabins, featuring its new Business Class seats and the highly popular Premium Economy.
These upgraded Boeing 777s will operate direct flights to Chicago, Boston, Dallas Fort Worth, and Seattle, as well as routes connecting Miami to Bogotá, and Newark to Athens. Equipped with four cabin classes and Emirates' signature features, the aircraft will gradually enter service from November 2024 to early 2025, according to the following schedule: Chicago starting November 1, 2024, Boston from December 10, 2024, Dallas Fort Worth from January 9, 2025, Seattle from January 24, Newark/Athens from February 10, and Miami/Bogotá starting February 19, 2025.
With the introduction of these aircraft, ten of Emirates' twelve U.S. destinations will offer Premium Economy by February 2025. This additional comfort will also be available in two Latin American cities, Bogotá and São Paulo. Emirates’ Premium Economy will be available on a mix of Boeing 777 and A380 aircraft, covering 12 cities in its network and connecting 19 destinations across the Americas. The revamped Boeing 777s will also feature a new Business Class with a 1-2-1 configuration, offering more privacy, fully flat seats, a personal minibar, and other amenities.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates' Chief Commercial Officer, stated: "Following the success of Premium Economy on routes such as New York JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Houston with our refurbished A380, we are excited to bring this level of comfort to more U.S. cities with our renovated Boeing 777s. This initiative is part of our long-term commitment to the U.S. and enables us to offer a competitive and valuable travel option for our customers."
